According to your requirements, you can use Drupal8. Most of the major modules have been upgraded for 8 and most of the other modules will be by the end of the year. Give me more info and I can tell you which modules to use! #quora

Thanx for the tut man. But Gimp is an Open Source program, not freeware. Freeware means that you can only get it for free, and you got no access to the source code. 🙂
