Breakfast: (Sweet Potato, Oats, Banana, Dates, Goji Berries, Chia & Flax Seeds, and Soya Milk)

Lunch:

  • Fruit box: Watermelon, Cucumber, and Pear
  • Lunch box: Lentil & Sweet Potato soup
  • Veggie box: Sweetcorn, Plantain, Broccoli, Carrots, Coconuts, Cashew nuts, Pistachios, Cauliflower, and Chia seed. 

Dinner: Lentil & Sweet Potato soup and Brown Rice + Boiled Sweetcorn
