Breakfast: (Sweet Potato, Oats, Banana, Almonds, Dates, Goji Berries, Chia & Flax Seeds, and Soya Milk)

Lunch:

  • Fruit box: Watermelon, Cucumber, and Pear
  • Lunch box: Brown rice, Chickpeas curry (Chickpeas, sweet corns, tomato, carrots, green beans, spices)
  • Veggie box: Sweetcorn, Plantain, Broccoli, Carrots, Chickpeas, Cashew nuts, Pistachios, Cauliflower, and Chia seed. 

Dinner: Lentil & Sweet Potato soup
